Among these games, students can easily understand Arabic vocabulary. The research questions are as follows: (1) how is the application of word guessing games to ninth grade students at MTs Al-Washoya Kertorejo Ngoro Jombang? (2) how is the understanding of Arabic vocabulary in ninth grade students at MTs Al-Washoya Kertorejo Ngoro Jombang? (3) how does the word guessing game affect improving the understanding of Arabic cosowords in ninth grade students at MTs Al-Washoya Kertorejo Ngoro Jombang? This study uses a quantitative research method with an ex post de facto type, where researchers do not have direct control over independent variables because the phenomenon is difficult to manipulate. The data collection methods used by the researcher include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of word guessing games has a positive effect on improving the understanding of Arabic cosowords. The significance value (sig-2 tailed) is 0.001, which means that the value of 0.005 is less than 0.001. It can therefore be concluded that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the contents of the book, especially on teaching materials such as Al Fail, Al Naibul 'An Al Fail, Isytighol Al 'Amil 'An Al Fa'il, and Ta'adi Al Fi'il Wa Luzumuhu. The book "Taisir Wa Takmil Syarah Ibn Aqil" explains nahwu in detail with practical examples, and includes subheadings, questions and discussions, end-of-chapter exercises, and explanations of foreign words. Sulthoni also avoids using hadith as examples, often cites the different opinions of nahwu scholars, and presents the different views of Ibn Malik and Ibn 'Aqil. Although the book contributes significantly to the teaching of nahwu, criticism has been made of its descriptive and deductive approach, which makes learning rigid and less applicable. In addition, there are shortcomings in the explanation of practice questions and the use of hadith examples. The result of this study is that in ancient times, Arab societies were characterized by a relatively isolated and conservative nature. They lived in villages and tribes, with strong customs and traditional values. The social and economic aspects of ancient Arab society were influenced by their nomadic life and reliance on trade and livestock. However, as times changed, modern Arab society underwent a significant transformation. Arab cities became centers of economic and cultural activity, with increasingly open lifestyles and adaptation to outside influences. Social, economic and political changes have affected their daily lives, with changes in family structure, gender roles, education and employment. Modern Arab societies are also faced with challenges and changes due to globalization and modernization. They interact with new technologies and have greater access to information. By learning Arabic early on, MI students will be better prepared to face future opportunities and challenges. One method that can be used to learn Arabic is the direct method. The research method used in this article is a library research method with a qualitative description method. The research data were collected from various sources, such as scientific journals, books, articles, and research reports. The results show that the direct method has a positive and significant effect on the Arabic language skills of MI students as beginner learners. As for the research results, they are based on the procedural research conducted by the researcher to implement the Scramble method to improve the comprehension efficiency of Arabic texts among second grade "A" students. Its application in teaching reading Arabic texts in both terms of gaining the average value of the students' learning results in the first term means 62.4 and requires the application of the second term and the average score is 75.6. Ngemplak, Ds. Ngudirejo, Kec. Diwek, Jombang. A field approach is used in this study, employing observation and interviews as research tools. Through direct observation, the researcher observed the teaching patterns used, such as structured lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises. Interviews with the students provided data on their perceptions of reading skill instruction using the book. The results of this study indicate that teaching reading skills using the book "Al-Arabiyyah li al-Nasyi’in" at MTs Al-Munawaroh is effective in helping students develop Arabic reading skills. Through structured lectures, students gain an understanding of relevant theories and information. Through group discussions, they can interact with classmates to enhance their understanding and broaden their knowledge. Practical exercises provide opportunities for students to apply their reading skills in real-life contexts. However, the study also identifies several challenges in teaching reading skills, including resource limitations and the need for more effective teaching strategies. While the book "Al-Arabiyyah li al-Nasyi’in" has proven to be effective, there is a need for improvement in utilizing available resources and developing more innovative strategies to enhance reading skill instruction. This research provides a better understanding of teaching reading skills in the context of Islamic education using the book "Al-Arabiyyah li al-Nasyi’in". The research findings presented by the researcher are: (1) The process of implementing the Sorogan method to improve Nahwu comprehension in the 2nd grade Diniyah class at Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Kalibening Mojoagung – Jombang begins with the teacher providing the material and explaining the related chapter. After explaining the material, the teacher provides examples related to the material being studied. Then, the teacher asks questions to the students and selects students to answer these questions to test whether the students understand the taught material. After that, the students read and interpret the book that has no meaning (empty) prepared by the teacher. It ends with the teacher summarizing and evaluating the material taught on that day. (2) The application of the Sorogan method to improve Nahwu comprehension in the 2nd grade Diniyah class at Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Kalibening Mojoagung – Jombang has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of the Sorogan method is that it is easier for students to understand the position and meaning in Nahwu. This research method uses quantitative and descriptive approaches to explore how the application of scrabble media in improving the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in MA "Al-Wahoya" Ngoro, Jombang. This study uses a pre-experimental design with a type of early-final test in one group (One Group Pretest-Posttest Design). The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the results of Arabic vocabulary mastery based on tests conducted before and after being treated in the form of scrabble media. In the initial test, an average score of 55.63 was obtained and then after being treated in the form of scrabble media and tested again, an average nla of 66.25 was obtained. The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of formative evaluation on Arabic speaking skills in the third-grade class of SDIT Harapan Bunda Manado. The research adopts a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews with Arabic language teachers and observations in three different classes. The findings indicate that the types of speaking skills tests implemented in this school align with the principles of Arabic language teaching for beginners. The formative evaluation method of </em><em>maharatul</em><em> </em><em>kalam</em><em> includes reading texts aloud and identifying vocabulary words presented by the teacher. This evaluation is conducted formatively throughout the learning process. Both evaluation methods aim to measure students' reading, pronunciation, and vocabulary mastery as a foundation for developing more complex Arabic language skills in subsequent levels. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing sam’iyyah syafawiyah methods in improving students' speaking skills at the madrasah. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a classroom action research design. The research participants were sixth grade students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Qosimy Jombang. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results showed that the application of sam’iyyah syafawiyah methods improved students' speaking skills. Students show improvements in pronunciation, comprehension, and expression when speaking. They also show increased confidence in communicating.
